      The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 2683.

      Assembly Bill No. 2683 appropriates $7,070,832 to the Department of Corrections from the "Correctional Facilities Construction Fund" for renovations to the Vroom Building and the Albert C. Wagner Youth Correctional Facility.

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This is a capital construction appropriation from the "Correctional Facilities Construction Bond Act of 1987" in the amounts of $4,940,000 for infrastructure and security repairs at the Vroom Building and $2,130,832 for roof and water tower repairs at the Albert C. Wagner Youth Correctional Facility.
