An Act concerning expenditures by the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority and supplementing P.L.1984, c.73 (C.27:1B-1 et seq.).

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

    1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 11 of P.L.1995, c.108 (C.27:1B-21.4) or any other law to the contrary, the amount appropriated from the revenues and other funds of the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority shall not be used to purchase ¹, directly or indirectly,¹ office equipment ¹by or for any recipient of those funds¹.

    2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall apply to expenditures in the fiscal year beginning July 1¹[, 1997] next following enactment¹ and thereafter.

Prohibits use of Transportation Trust Fund monies to purchase office equipment.
