      The Assembly Senior Issues, Tourism and Gaming Committee reports favorably Assembly, No. 2871.

      This bill provides that if the principal, a person executing a power of attorney, is 60 years of age or older, the power of attorney shall be signed by the principal and attested by two witnesses or signed by the principal and notarized by a notary public. "Power of attorney" means a duly signed and acknowledged written document in which a principal authorizes an agent to act on that principal's behalf.
