Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.1997, c...., there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

STATEMENT
This bill provides a supplemental appropriation of $1.3 million to the Trenton School District. The Trenton Board of Education recently found it necessary to eliminate the vocational-technical program in the district for budgetary reasons. These programs are an important component in the mix of educational opportunities offered to students. This appropriation will support the provision of a vitally important vocational-technical program in the Trenton School District.
Supplemental appropriation of $1.3 million to the Trenton School District vocational-technical program.
