      The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 2897.

      Assembly Bill No. 2897 appropriates $28,390,000 from the "1995 New Jersey Green Acres Fund," established pursuant to section 22 of the "Green Acres, Farmland and Historic Preservation, and Blue Acres Bond Act of 1995," P.L.1995, c.204, for the development of lands in various State parks and forests by the State for recreation and conservation purposes. This sum includes administrative costs.

The projects are listed in the legislation.

      As reported, this bill is identical to Senate Bill No. 2021.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This bill makes an appropriation of $28,390,000 from the 1995 New Jersey Green Acres Fund in various State parks and forests for recreation and conservation purposes.
