            The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution Bill No. 11, with committe amendments.

      Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 11, as amended, approves projects recommended to receive funding under the "New Jersey Green Acres, Cultural Centers and Historic Preservation Bond Act of 1987," P.L.1987, c.265.

FISCAL IMPACT:

      The bill has no fiscal impact; it is merely an approval of a project list. Spending authority is provided under related legislation now pending as Assembly Bill No. 49 of 1996.

COMMITTEE AMENDMENTS:

      The committee amendments are technical and clarify legal reference.
