ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 124

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

DATED: JUNE 9, 1997

      The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution Bill No. 124.

      Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 124 approves the Fiscal Year 1998 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Wastewater Treatment Trust to implement financing of projects on the priority list of the Department of Environmental Protection. The Plan was submitted to the President of the Senate on or before May 15, 1997 as required by law

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This resolution does not make an appropriation. However, the Legislature must approve the Fiscal Year 1998 Financial Plan before funds may be appropriated and expended. The funding for the projects is provided by Assembly Bill Nos. 3021 and 3022 of 1997.
