ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 129

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Assembly State Government Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 129.

      This resolution approves the "New Jersey State House Dome Restoration and Renovation Project" and the "Labor Building Exterior Recladding and Curtain Wall Replacement Project" as proposed by the New Jersey Building Authority. This approval is required by the provisions of the "New Jersey Building Authority Act."

      The resolution also expresses the sense of the Legislature with regard to the financing and management of Building Authority projects.
