ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 14

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

DATED: JUNE 3, 1996

      The Assembly Appropriations reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution Bill No. 14.

      Assembly Concurrent Resolution Bill No. 14 would approve the Fiscal Year 1997 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Wastewater Treatment Trust. The Plan was submitted to the Speaker of the General Assembly on or before May 15, 1996 as required by law.

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This resolution does not make an appropriation. However, the Legislature must approve the Fiscal Year 1997 Financial Plan before funds may be appropriated and expended. The funding for the projects are in Assembly Bill No. 45 of 1996, Assembly Bill No. 46 of 1996, and Assembly Bill No. 47 of 1996.
