ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 20

      The Assembly Commerce and Military and Veterans' Affairs Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 20.

      This concurrent resolution proposes a constitutional amendment increasing the annual veterans' property tax deduction from $50 to $100 beginning in 1997.

      This bill was pre-filed for introduction in the 1996 session pending technical review. As reported, the bill includes the changes required by technical review which has been performed.
