ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 23

      The Assembly Housing Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 23.

      This concurrent resolution memorializes Congress and the President of the United States to make a legislative priority of increasing the supply of affordable housing in the residential inventory of the Resolution Trust Corporation.

      This bill was pre-filed for introduction in the 1996 session pending technical review. As amended, the bill includes the changes required by technical review which has been performed.
