ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 27

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Assembly Senior Issues, Tourism and Gaming Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 27.

      This concurrent resolution memorializes the President and the Congress of the United States to expeditiously enact legislation which would provide a fiscally sound and equitable solution for the so-called Social Security "notch" problem.

      This concurrent resolution was prefiled for introduction in the 1996 session pending technical review. As reported, the bill includes the changes required by technical review, which has been performed.
