      The Assembly Community Services Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution Bill No. 35.

      This concurrent resolution memorializes the Congress of the United States to enact legislation to prohibit female genital mutilation.

      This resolution was prefiled for introduction in the 1996-97 session pending technical review. As reported, the resolution includes the changes required by technical review which has been performed.
