STATEMENT TO

ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 84

with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JUNE 27, 1996

      The purpose of this amendment is specify that the Legislature recognizes that while it did not act on the "Cultural Campus Project - Phase I" within the 45 days of submission of the plan by the building authority required by section 8 of the "New Jersey Building Authority Act," the Legislature notes that the plan was resubmitted to it by the building authority on June 26, 1996 and the sense of the Legislature is that the project should proceed despite the delay.
