      The Assembly Environment, Science and Technology Committee favorably reports Assembly Resolution No. 150.

      This resolution memorializes the Congress of the United States to create a Highlands National Forest Preserve in the Highlands area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, subject to the concurrence of those states.
