      The Assembly Environment, Science and Technology Committee favorably reports Assembly Resolution No. 164.

      This resolution memorializes the Interstate Sanitation Commission to adopt regulations establishing notification procedures for Connecticut, New Jersey and New York that require ample warning of planned discharges into the waters of Connecticut, New Jersey or New York.
