ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION No. 23

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Assembly State Government Committee reports favorably Assembly Resolution No. 23.

      This resolution memorializes the President of the United States to implement a full quarantine of Cuba until such time that the authoritarian regime of Fidel Castro gives way to a democratically elected government.

      This resolution was prefiled for introduction in the 1996 session pending technical review. As reported, the resolution includes the changes required by technical review, which has been performed.
