CHAPTER 68

An Act concerning the Task Force on New Jersey History and amending P.L.1994, c.146.

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

    1. Section 7 of P.L.1994, c.146 is amended to read as follows:

    7. The task force shall report its findings and conclusions and any recommendations for legislation or administrative action to the Governor and the Legislature within 18 months after the date of its first meeting , whereupon the task force shall dissolve.

    2. This act shall take effect immediately.
