      The Senate Senior Citizens, Veterans Affairs and Agriculture Committee favorably reports Senate Bill No.100. The SENIOR CITIZENS, VETERANS AFFAIRS AND AGRICULTURE Committee reports favorable Senate Bill No. 100.

      This bill would exclude farm tractors and equipment that cannot attain speeds of greater than 20 miles per hour from being registered as motor vehicles. Tractors that are capable of reaching speeds of greater than 20 miles per hour would not be excepted from registration. The annual registration fee is $5.

      This bill was pre-filed for introduction in the 1996 session pending technical review. As reported, the bill includes the changes required by technical review which has been performed.
