      The Senate Senior Citizens, Veterans Affairs and Agriculture Committee reports without recommendation Senate, No. 199.

The SENIOR CITIZENS, VETERANS AFFAIRS AND AGRICULTURE COMMITTEE Committee reports favorable Senate Bill No. 199.      This bill extends to all board of education employees the grant of military service credit presently allowed only to full-time teaching staff members. N.J.S.18A:29-11 which pertains to the granting of military service credits to full-time teaching staff members is repealed because these persons are covered by section 1 of the bill.

      This bill was pre-filed for introduction in the 1996 session pending technical review. As reported, the bill includes the changes required by technical review which has been performed.
