The JUDICIARY Committee reports favorable Senate Bill No. 240.      The Senate Judiciary Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 240.

      This bill creates an additional Superior Court judgeship to be assigned to Cumberland County.

      This bill was prefiled for introduction in the 1996 session pending technical review. As reported, the bill includes the changes required by technical review which has been performed.
