SENATE BUDGET AND APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 3.
Senate Bill No. 3 appropriates $15,979,046,000 in State funds and $5,462,282,000 in federal funds for the State budget for Fiscal Year 1997. In accordance with the provisions of Article VIII, Section II, par. 2 of the New Jersey Constitution, the Fiscal Year 1997 appropriations bill identifies anticipated resources sufficient to meet projected appropriations.
