      The Senate Women's Issues, Children and Family Services Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 452.

      Currently, the statute of limitations for the crime of sexual assault is five years. This bill eliminates this restriction, allowing a prosecution for sexual assault to be commenced at any time.
