SENATE, No. 660

The Senate Judiciary Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 660.
The bill provides that the persons in the following circumstances would not be eligible for pretrial intervention:
Any person charged with a crime of the first or second degree;
Any legislator, judge or county prosecutor charged with a crime while serving in office; or
Any former legislator, judge or county prosecutor charged with a crime involving a breach of public trust committed while serving in office.
