      The Senate Women's Issues, Children and Family Services Committee favorably reports Senate Bill No. 707.

      This bill amends section 7 of P.L.1994, c.164 (C.26:8-28.1), which establishes the requirements for a Certificate of Parentage, to clarify that the Certificate of Parentage shall be executed in a form and manner determined by the State IV-D agency, which may include electronic transmission of information.
