with Senate Floor Amendments

      This floor amendment deletes section 12 of the bill concerning grandparent visitation, because the term "visitation" rather than "parenting time" appears to be the correct term to use with respect to grandparents.

      The floor amendments to section 8 of the bill are technical and reflect recently enacted legislation, P.L.1995, c.242, which amended the "Prevention of Domestic Violence Act."

      By including these amendments, this bill is identical to Assembly Bill No. 68 (1R).
