A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved June 30, 1995 (P.L.1995, c.164).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. Upon certification by the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury that federal funds to support the expenditures listed below are available, the following sum is appropriated:

2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill appropriates $10,000,000 in de-obligated federal funds under the sewerage construction grant program to the Department of Environmental Protection in order to provide supplemental federal construction grant assistance to 15 wastewater treatment infrastructure projects enumerated in the bill. Each of the projects listed has been a recipient of federal grant moneys and now require additional federal assistance to complete their respective infrastructure projects. The amount of each grant in this bill is proportional to previous grant amounts awarded for these projects.
