An Act concerning certain school board incentive programs and supplementing chapter 38 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes.

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

    1. No school board shall establish or administer a program to provide monetary payment to students for attendance at school.

    2. This act shall take effect immediately.

STATEMENT

    This bill prohibits a school board from establishing or administering a program to provide monetary payment to students for attendance at school.
