with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: OCTOBER 21, 1996

      This amendment inserts a provision to condition the expenditure of any bond funds appropriated by the Legislature for building demolition and disposal projects upon the receipt of all approvals, consents, or permits required for the final demolition and disposal of the building. In addition, the amendment updates the year of the next possible general election in which this bond authorization question can be submitted to the voters.

      Finally, the amendment makes some technical corrections to the bill.
