with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: MARCH 18, 1996

      This amendment requires that the allocations and transfers of moneys for extraordinary road maintenance and repairs for counties and municipalities permitted under this bill shall be submitted to the Joint Budget Oversight Committee and shall take effect in 15 days unless disapproved by the committee. The submission is to include the listing of counties and municipalities to receive the grants under this bill and the amount each grantee is to receive.
