A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved June 30, 1995 (P.L.1995, c.164).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.1995, c.164, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

2. Of the amount hereinabove appropriated , the unexpended balance as of June 30, 1996 is appropriated.
3. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill provides a supplemental appropriation of $750,000 to the A. Harry Moore School. The A. Harry Moore School is a demonstration school for multiply handicapped pupils operated by Jersey City State College. Currently, the enrollment includes 111 pupils from Jersey City and 54 from other districts. The appropriation would allow the school to continue to provide educational programs to these students. This bill also includes budget language which appropriates the unexpended balance in the account as of June 30, 1996.
