A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved June 30, 1995 (P.L.1995, c.164).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.1995, c.164, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill appropriates $1.1 million to the South Jersey Performing Arts Center (SJPAC) in Camden to outfit the educational wing of the Waterfront Entertainment Center. The SJPAC was established in 1989 to bring to the waterfront in Camden a state-of-the-art performing arts environment. The mission of the SJPAC is to promote the performing and visual arts throughout the southern New Jersey region; to provide a modern, professional venue for regional artists and arts organizations; to provide high quality and culturally diverse programming; and to nurture creativity and encourage an appreciation of the arts by children and adults in the local community.
Supplemental appropriation of $1.1 million to the South Jersey Performing Arts Center.
