An Act concerning certain notification of the State Board of Examiners and supplementing chapter 6 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes.

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

    1. A board of education shall notify the State Board of Examiners whenever a non-tenured, certificated employee is dismissed for cause.

    2. This act shall take effect immediately.

STATEMENT

    This bill requires a school board to notify the State Board of Examiners whenever a non-tenured, certificated employee is dismissed for cause.

Requires school board to notify State Board of Examiners whenever certain employees are dismissed.
