with Senate Floor Amendments

      One of the provisions of S-1179 would authorize the Clerk of the Superior Court to refer every unsatisfied lien for services filed by the Public Defender to the comprehensive enforcement program for collection. These amendments would clarify that such liens would only be referred to the comprehensive enforcement program upon the request of the Public Defender.
