STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Senate Senior Citizens, Veterans' Affairs and Agriculture Committee favorably reports Senate Bill No. 1290.

      This bill would prohibit the sale, barter, or the offering for sale or barter, of Atlantic sturgeon caught in or taken from any of the waters of the State, and the taking of this fish as part of a commercial fishing operation.

      This bill is identical to Assembly Bill No. 1530, also favorably reported by the committee.
