ADOPTED: OCTOBER 24, 1996

       These amendments correct a reference in the bill to another section of the bill and remove the requirement that a purchasing servicing organization must provide the mortgagor with the name, address and telephone number of the purchasing servicing organization and information regarding the purchasing servicing organization's procedures for responding to questions from a mortgagor, since this information is already required to be given under federal law and regulations.
