      The Senate Senior Citizens, Veterans' Affairs and Agriculture Committee favorably reports Senate Bill No. 1412 with committee amendments.

      This bill would appropriate $95,000 to the Haskin Shellfish Research Laboratory at Rutgers University. This amount would provide two-year funding for an oyster seed bed sampling and survey program.

      Committee amendments would insert the citation to the Fiscal Year 1997 budget act.
