ADOPTED: MARCH 10, 1997

      As a result of the closing of Upsala College, the Commission on Higher Education has approved the reallocation of that college's share of funds from the "Jobs, Education and Competitiveness Bond Fund" among the independent colleges. This amendment adds an appropriation of $64,000 to Drew University for the renovation of the Hall of Sciences.
