      The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 1473 (2R).

      Senate Bill No. 1473 (2R) makes an appropriation of $340,250 from the "Jobs, Education and Competitiveness Bond Act of 1988" to the Commission on Higher Education for projects at five independent institutions. The commission reallocated funds previously approved for Upsala College.

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This bill appropriates $340,250 to the Commission on Higher Education for projects at five independent institutions from the "Jobs, Education and Competitiveness Bond Fund" (created by the "Jobs, Education and Competitiveness Bond Act of 1988, P.L. 1988, c.78)
