A Supplement to “An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1997 and regulating the disbursement thereof,” approved , 1996 (P.L.1996, c. ).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.1996, c. , there are appropriated out of the General Fund the following sums for the purposes specified:

2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1996.
Supplemental appropriation for FY 1997 of $1.5 million for independent colleges and universities and $500,000 for county colleges.
