1[A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1997 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved June 28, 1996 (P.L.1996, c.42).]

An Act appropriating $60,000 from the "1996 Lake Restoration Fund" created pursuant to the "Port of New Jersey Revitalization, Dredging, Environmental Cleanup, Lake Restoration, and Delaware Bay Area Economic Development Bond Act of 1996" for the purpose of financing the cost of lake restoration projects.1

 

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

    1. 1[In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.1996, c.42, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

GENERAL FUND

CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION

42 DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

40 Community Development and Environmental Management

42 Natural Resource Management

Capital Projects: ............................................................ 

    Maintenance and restoration of Greenwood Lake .................($60,000)]

 

    There is appropriated to the Department of Environmental Protection from the "1996 Lake Restoration Fund," established pursuant to section 21 of the "Port of New Jersey Revitalization, Dredging, Environmental Cleanup, Lake Restoration, and Delaware Bay Area Economic Development Bond Act of 1996," P.L.1996, c.70, the sum of $60,000 for the purpose of meeting the cost of the following lake restoration project to be undertaken by the State:

     12. The expenditure of the sums appropriated by this act is subject to the provisions and conditions of P.L.1996, c.70.1

Appropriates $60,000 to DEP for the maintenance and restoration of Greenwood Lake.
