      The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 2022.

      Senate Bill No. 2022 appropriates $21,610,000 from the “1995 New Jersey Green Acres Fund,” established pursuant to section 22 of the “Green Acres, Farmland and Historic Preservation, and Blue Acres Bond Act of 1995,” P.L.1995, c.204, for the development of state park and wildlife management area lands by the State for recreation and conservation purposes. This sum includes administrative costs.

      The bill contains a list of the approved projects. These projects are located in Hudson, Bergen, Monmouth, Mercer, Hunterdon, Ocean, Warren, Sussex, Burlington, Salem, Morris, Atlantic, Cumberland, Cape May, Gloucester, and Camden Counties.

      As reported, this bill is identical to Assembly Bill No. 2898 (Heck/Asselta).

 

FISCAL IMPACT:
