FISCAL NOTE TO

SENATE, No. 2155

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

DATED: JUNE 30, 1997

Senate Bill No. 2155 of 1997 dedesignates or alters certain routes on the State Highway System. The purpose of these measures is to permit the sale of various parcels of land associated with unbuilt portions of these routes.

The department has estimated that the sale of approximately 138 acres of land affected by this bill should produce about $4.9 million.

Based on the department's analysis of the amount of land at issue and the current zoning of adjacent land, the Office of Legislative Services concurs.

This fiscal note has been prepared pursuant to P.L.1980, c.67.
