with committee amendments

      The Senate Senior Citizens, Veterans' Affairs and Human Services Committee favorably reports Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 100 with committee amendments .

      As amended by the committee, this Senate Concurrent Resolution proposes a constitutional amendment authorizing the enactment of an increase from $10,000 to $18,500 in the annual income limitation for eligibility to receive the annual $250 deduction from property taxes assessed against dwellings owned by certain citizens, age 65 years or older, or permanently and totally disabled residents.

      The committee amended the concurrent resolution to delay the implementation of the increase in the annual income limitation for eligibility for one year.
