      The Senate Health Committee reports favorably Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 104.

      This concurrent resolution memorializes the Congress and President of the United States to enact legislation honoring all caregivers of people with disabilities in the United States by designating the first Sunday in May as National Loyal Heart Award Day.
