SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 132

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

DATED: JUNE 5, 1997

      The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee reports favorably Senate Concurrent Resolution Bill No. 132.

      Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 132 is the means for the Legislature's approval of the Fiscal Year 1998 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Wastewater Treatment Trust. The Plan was submitted to the President of the Senate on or before May 15, 1997 as required by law to implement financing of projects on the priority list of the Department of Environmental Protection.

      As reported, this bill is identical to Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 124 (Myers/Chatzidakis).

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This concurrent resolution approves the Fiscal Year 1998 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Wastewater Treatment Trust.
