      The Senate Environment Committee favorably reports Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 75.

      Senate Concurrent Resolution Bill No. 75 would approve the Fiscal Year 1997 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Wastewater Treatment Trust. The Plan was submitted to the President of the Senate on or before May 15, 1996 as required by law.
