SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 75

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

DATED: JUNE 13, 1996

      The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee reports favorably Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 75.

      Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 75 approves the Fiscal Year 1997 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Wastewater Treatment Trust. The Plan was submitted to the President of the Senate on or before May 15, 1996 as required by law.

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This resolution does not make an appropriation. However, the Legislature must approve the Fiscal Year 1997 Financial Plan so that funds may be appropriated and expended to implement the plan. The funding for the projects are in Senate Bill No. 1220 of 1996, Senate Bill No. 1221 of 1996 and Senate Bill No. 1222 of 1996.
