SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION No. 24

      The Senate Transportation Committee favorably reports Senate Joint Resolution No. 24.

      This joint resolution designates that portion of State Highway Route 440 in Perth Amboy, Middlesex County, as the "Edward J. Patten Memorial Highway," in memory of Congressman Edward J. Patten who had a long and productive career of dedicated service in federal, State and local government.
