SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION No. 40

with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JUNE 5, 1997

      These amendments would add two members to the "Local Public Contracts Law Study Commission," created by this joint resolution, for a total of 15 members.

      The amendments would add one elected local government official to be appointed by the Governor, and the President of the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association of New Jersey, or a designated representative.
